We offer non-metallic zero hold up filters for Highly acidic applications where metallic filters fail to perform. Our filters are designed in such a way that there is no metal part in contact with the process fluid and thus providing maximum performance and highest filtration quality.

  • No coating on plates, Single Piece fully Molded PTFE / PP filter plates. (Thus no issue of Coating getting removed or peeled off)
  • Central locking arrangement with a special diaphragm for optimum sealing
  • Proven technology since 30 years in manufacturing non-metallic filters for acidic applications
  • Filter design is sturdy and robust with minimal maintenance
  • Coatings/Linings possible in PFA/PTFE, Halar ECTFE, ETFE, Polypropylene PP, Polypropylene homopolymer PPH

All the contact parts of the filter will be exposed to polymer and not metal.
